Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in an acute care hospital setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across medical-surgical and specialty units, administer medications and treatments, and continuously monitor patient status using an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Key Duties
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and clinical treatments safely
- Monitor and document patient conditions in the EMR
- Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery
- Support safe transitions of care across the continuum
- Collaborate in a patient-centered, interdisciplinary care environment
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Use modern technology to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
- Ability to manage diverse patient needs in acute care settings
- Proficiency with EMR documentation and clinical workflows
- Excellent communication and patient/family education skills
