Role: Bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish)
Provide compassionate, patient-first support for senior patients (65+) within a primary care setting. Assist the clinical team by preparing patients for visits and supporting preventive, value-based care, wellness services, and patient education.
Key Duties:
- Room patients and ensure comfort and readiness for appointments
- Obtain and record vital signs and patient histories
- Assist with exams and support procedures as directed
- Coordinate referrals and support transitions of care
- Manage accurate clinical documentation
- Assist with care plans and reinforcement of health education
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and empathy with older adults
- Detail-oriented documentation and clinical support skills
- Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
