Medication Technician for an assisted living and memory care community. Provide compassionate support to residents by safely administering medications according to physician orders and completing accurate documentation of all medication-related activities.
Monitor residents’ conditions, observe and report any changes to nursing staff, and assist with activities of daily living to promote dignity, independence, and comfort.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and collaborate with a close-knit care team in a resident-first, home-like environment.
