RN Progressive Care provides compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to acutely ill adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor complex patients and assess changes in condition promptly.
- Interpret telemetry and other clinical data to support timely clinical decisions.
- Administer medications safely and according to clinical standards.
- Respond quickly to patient deterioration and coordinate urgent interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on care needs and discharge planning.
- Support safe, effective discharges and continuity of care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and strong progressive/acuity nursing knowledge.
- Ability to interpret telemetry and manage complex clinical situations.
- Medication administration expertise and commitment to patient safety.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate patient-centered approach with ability to educate and engage families.
