Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider
Assess and manage patients with diabetes and hormonal disorders including thyroid and adrenal conditions. Perform clinical evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based care plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide patient and family education to support understanding and self-management.
- Coordinate care with endocrinologists and primary care teams.
- Document assessments, test results, and treatment plans in the EMR.
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care within a collaborative healthcare environment.
