Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate staffing and support effective patient flow.

- Partner with the Nurse Manager to mentor staff and strengthen performance.
- Support onboarding and professional development for new and existing team members.
- Drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to implement best practices.
- Foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications/skills: Registered Nurse leadership experience, strong clinical judgment, ability to mentor and guide staff, collaboration across disciplines, and a commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
