Key Duties
- Administer and oversee occupational health services for employees
- Implement, monitor, and support health and safety procedures
- Provide on-site emergency and first-aid/triage care as needed
- Assess workplace health concerns and respond with appropriate care
- Support a proactive, empathetic approach to healthcare in an industrial setting
- Contribute to maintaining safe operations aligned with employee safety
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered nursing credentials with strong clinical and triage capability
- Knowledge of occupational health and workplace health/safety principles
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and calm, effective emergency response
- Empathetic communication and ability to collaborate with operations teams
- Ability to support a safety-first culture and promote employee well-being
