Role: Staff Nurse LPN
Provide compassionate, direct bedside nursing care to older adults in a skilled nursing setting.
- Perform resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Document care and clinical updates in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate resident needs
- Maintain infection control, safety, and clinical best practices
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications/Skills: LPN licensure, strong bedside patient care skills, reliable medication administration, accurate EHR documentation, effective teamwork, and a compassionate, resident-centered approach.
