Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical advocate, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and available benefits.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, carriers, and internal benefits teams to support client care.

Qualifications & Skills
- Registered nurse with strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy skills.
- Ability to interpret care pathways and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills to overcome care/coverage challenges.
- Knowledge of benefits and insurance-related processes (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly).
