Provides professional nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical dialysis unit, from admission through discharge.
Key Duties
- Assess patient needs and conditions, documenting findings accurately.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education to promote understanding and self-care.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based care and maintain compliance with clinical standards.
- Support continuity of care through thorough handoffs and discharge planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse with strong clinical competence in medical-surgical and dialysis care.
