RN – Labor and Delivery (Nights) provides compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage laboring patients and support safe delivery throughout the labor process
- Assist with deliveries and provide skilled peri-delivery nursing care
- Circulate and recover C-section patients
- Perform continuous fetal and maternal monitoring and respond to clinical changes
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and interdisciplinary support teams to optimize outcomes
- Maintain a positive, patient-centered birth experience through clear communication and teamwork
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to provide high-quality maternal-newborn care
- Proficiency in fetal and maternal monitoring and timely escalation
- Team-focused mindset with excellent communication and bedside care
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
