Dental Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality dental care while enhancing patient comfort and satisfaction through a blend of clinical assistance and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during exams, procedures, and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain operatories, instruments, and materials in line with safety and sterilization standards.
- Support patient care by preparing patients for treatments and helping maintain a welcoming environment.
- Take and assist with dental documentation as needed.
- Coordinate front-office support tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and an excellent experience.
- Communicate professionally with patients and team members to address needs and concerns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant dental assisting experience and/or formal training.
- Strong knowledge of infection control and basic clinical support duties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to follow procedures, work reliably in a fast-paced setting, and maintain accuracy.
