Travel Med Surg Charge Nurse provides bedside clinical care and leadership in acute care medical-surgical units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient assignments and support unit nursing staff.
- Mentor and guide nurses to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Oversee admissions and discharges, manage patient flow, and maintain continuity of care.
- Respond to patient emergencies and ensure timely, appropriate interventions.
- Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
