Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care using anesthesia equipment and current clinical knowledge to support patient safety and effective treatment.
Key Duties
- Deliver anesthesia care in accordance with established clinical standards.
- Work under the clinical supervision of an anesthesiologist.
- Operate under administrative supervision of the CRNA manager.
- Collaborate with surgeons, residents, anesthesia personnel, and nursing staff to coordinate patient care.
- Use clinical judgment to support safe perioperative management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices and patient safety principles.
- Proficiency with anesthesia equipment and related clinical procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary surgical team environment.
- Good clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
