Key Responsibilities
- Process and analyze specimens; validate and report accurate test results.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory analyzers and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with emergency and inpatient teams to support timely diagnostic decision-making.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor new staff; support consistent laboratory practices.
- Use advanced laboratory technology to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
