Physical Therapist (On-site)
Provide compassionate, hands-on rehabilitation care in an outpatient setting. You will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and treat a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
Key Duties
- Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver direct, hands-on therapy to support patient recovery
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Empathy, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
