Provide high-quality nursing care in a medical-surgical (MedSurg) setting. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered treatment in a fast-paced environment, supporting positive patient outcomes through strong clinical judgment and consistent standards of care.
Key Duties
- Assess patients, monitor health status, and report changes promptly
- Deliver direct nursing care and implement physician-ordered treatments
- Coordinate with the care team to support safe, effective care
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license to practice
- Proven experience in MedSurg nursing
- Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced setting
- Compassionate, dedicated approach to patient care
