Key duties:
- Assess patients with cardiopulmonary issues and provide clinical input and recommendations.
- Administer respiratory therapies per protocol.
- Manage and support both invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
- Respond to respiratory and cardiopulmonary emergencies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications/skills: Respiratory care knowledge, competency in ventilation management (invasive and non-invasive), emergency response capability, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
