Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and perform ordered treatments.
- Assist with clinical procedures and support patient care needs.
- Document assessments, care provided, and outcomes in an electronic health record (EHR).
- Work closely with RNs, physicians, and allied health team members to support personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health-related instructions.
- Promote patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current LPN licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment abilities.
- Competence with medication administration and treatment support.
- Reliable documentation skills using EHR systems.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and compassionate bedside manner.
- Commitment to safety, infection prevention, and quality care.
