Certified Surgical Tech to support multi-specialty outpatient surgeries, including orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, and pain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms by performing setup and turnover
- Maintain sterile fields and ensure adherence to sterile technique
- Manage surgical instruments and supplies throughout procedures
- Perform accurate instrument, sponge, and needle counts
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures
- Contribute to a patient-centered, team-oriented environment focused on safety and compassion
Qualifications & Skills
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing and operating room workflow
- Detail-oriented with reliable counting and instrument management
- Ability to support clinical excellence in fast-paced surgical settings
- Comfort working across multiple surgical specialties
