Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (Virtual Therapy)
Provide evidence-based, virtual psychotherapy to diverse adolescents and adults through secure telehealth. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and deliver ongoing counseling aligned with clinical best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete and maintain clinical documentation in the organization’s technology platform
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other providers to support integrated treatment
- Follow established protocols for risk and crisis management
- Apply a patient-first, empathetic, and inclusive approach to care
Qualifications & skills: Licensed independent clinical social work credentials, strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills, comfort working with diverse populations, effective documentation, and the ability to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team.
