Provide high-quality nursing care to pre- and post-operative cardiac surgery patients, patients with cardiac dysrhythmias requiring IV drips, vascular surgery patients, and general medical overflow.
Key duties
- Deliver direct patient care across pre- and post-operative phases.
- Administer and monitor IV drips for cardiac dysrhythmias, ensuring safe medication handling.
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective treatment.
- Evaluate and monitor the care provided by other caregivers and support continuity of care.
- Protect patient rights and maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information.
