Role: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in an adult behavioral health unit.
Key Duties:
- Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver therapeutic nursing interventions that support recovery and safety.
- Address psychosocial needs and other relevant patient care requirements.
- Collaborate with patients’ care partners and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Maintain effective communication to support coordinated, patient-centered care.
