Travel Emergency Room RN
Provide critical care to patients in emergency situations within a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Manage acute, high acuity cases while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support safe, effective patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and treat patients requiring emergency care
- Deliver bedside nursing care for life-threatening and rapidly changing conditions
- Monitor patient status, recognize deterioration, and respond promptly
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions per protocol
- Coordinate care and communicate clearly with the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license and strong emergency/critical care experience
- Ability to work effectively in urgent, unpredictable situations
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professionalism
