Intermediate Care Registered Nurse (IMC RN)
Provide high-quality nursing care in an intermediate care setting, supporting safe, patient-centered treatment and improved patient outcomes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver effective care plans and ensure adherence to clinical standards and facility protocols.
Key Duties
- Assess patient condition, monitor vital signs, and identify changes requiring escalation.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Provide patient and family education and support throughout the care process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and experience in intermediate care or similar acuity settings.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
