Staff RN III provides expert, patient-centered nursing care in a Healthcare & Medical Services setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver evidence-based, direct patient care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
- Serve as a clinical resource and preceptor for junior nursing staff.
- Use electronic health records to document care and support clinical workflows.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Support continual learning, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
