Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN) coordinates comprehensive oncology care across the cancer care continuum.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assess patients and coordinate individualized treatment planning
- Support safe, effective chemotherapy administration and related clinical processes
- Ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care
- Facilitate patient and family education and navigation through the care journey
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with the interdisciplinary oncology team
Qualifications & skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with oncology clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and care coordination skills
- Knowledge of chemotherapy safety practices and oncology workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
