Role: Part-time RN Clinical Staff Nurse for a Med/Surg/Tele unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to a diverse adult patient population.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical status.
- Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in rhythm or condition.
- Administer medications safely and according to established protocols.
- Provide wound care and manage related treatment needs.
- Develop and support discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and self-management.
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions of care and strong clinical outcomes.
- Support a culture of equity, respect, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Skills: Registered Nursing licensure and the clinical expertise to deliver Med/Surg/Tele care, including telemetry monitoring, medication administration, wound care, assessment, coordination, and patient education.
