Surgical Technologist (Outpatient)
Support same-day outpatient surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, ensuring sterilization, and managing surgical instruments and supplies. Assist surgeons during procedures to maintain patient safety, efficiency, and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up operating rooms for procedures.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control standards.
- Handle, organize, and replenish instruments and supplies as needed.
- Assist surgeons throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with RNs, anesthesia staff, and providers to support coordinated, patient-centered care.
