Key Responsibilities
- Monitor complex patients and assess clinical status.
- Interpret telemetry and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and perform ordered treatments and interventions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe recovery and optimal outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive patient and family education.
- Maintain accurate, best-practice documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Experience and competence in progressive/step-down and trauma patient care.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to interpret telemetry.
- Sound medication administration and treatment execution.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills.
- Commitment to documentation accuracy and safety-focused practice.
