Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and strengthen EHS programs at a manufacturing facility.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable environmental regulations.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and control gaps.
- Lead incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Deliver EHS training and guidance to support safe work practices.
- Track and report EHS KPIs and use data to improve performance.
- Partner with operations to reduce risk, improve processes, and promote a safety-first culture.
Qualifications & skills:
- Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and environmental compliance.
- Proven experience with audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ability to lead training programs and influence behavior across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking safety/environmental metrics.
