Pharmacy Manager
Lead all aspects of hospital pharmacy services in a critical access setting, overseeing daily operations and ensuring safe, effective medication use. Partner with providers and clinical teams to support clinical decision-making, contribute to interdisciplinary care, and improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff; manage day-to-day operations.
- Ensure medication safety through appropriate dispensing, protocols, and oversight.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold pharmacy standards.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, storage, and medication availability.
- Oversee formulary management and medication optimization.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and support continuous improvement.
