Clinical Registered Nurse providing compassionate, person-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and rehab settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct resident assessments and develop/coordinate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and follow clinical protocols to promote safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes.
- Educate residents and families and support informed care decisions.
- Document care accurately in the EHR.
- Support spiritual and emotional needs within a faith-based environment.
- Mentor and assist CNAs to strengthen team performance and care quality.
- Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure as a Clinical Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical assessment, medication/treatment administration, and patient-safety focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for residents, families, and teams.
- Proficiency with EHR documentation and care plan coordination.
- Ability to foster a supportive, faith-based approach to spiritual and emotional care.
- Leadership and mentorship mindset, with commitment to infection prevention and quality standards.
