Registered Nurse (Abdominal Vascular and Compression Unit)
Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with abdominal and vascular conditions. Monitor hemodynamic status, manage compression therapy, and support pre- and post-operative recovery. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care for abdominal/vascular patients and compression therapy needs
- Assess, monitor, and document hemodynamic status
- Assist with pre- and post-operative care and patient recovery
- Administer medications safely and maintain accurate documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment instructions
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to support continuity of care
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment
- Competence in medication administration and documentation
- Ability to monitor vital/hemodynamic changes and respond appropriately
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Team-focused, compassionate, patient-centered approach
