Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using radioactive materials to support patient care across medical services.
Key Duties
- Operate radiation imaging equipment and perform nuclear medicine scans.
- Prepare, administer, and handle radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols.
- Maintain strict radiation safety, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning, imaging quality, and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support effective diagnosis and treatment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Training and certification/licensure in nuclear medicine as required by regulations.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety practices and radiopharmaceutical handling.
- Proficiency with nuclear medicine imaging procedures and equipment.
- Detail-oriented, with reliable documentation and quality-focused mindset.
- Effective communication and compassionate patient care skills.
