Role Summary
Seeking an experienced cardiothoracic and transplant surgeon to provide clinical care and lead development of transplant and mechanical circulatory support (MCS) programs.
Key Duties
- Perform adult cardiac, thoracic, transplant, and mechanical circulatory support surgeries
- Provide clinical leadership across transplant and MCS surgical services
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Develop, strengthen, and expand transplant and MCS programs
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced expertise in cardiothoracic and transplant surgery
- Proven capability to perform complex adult cardiac and thoracic procedures
- Demonstrated experience with transplant and MCS surgical care
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on program development and quality improvement
