Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician provides evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in a center setting.
Key Duties:
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs
- Run structured teaching and play-based therapy sessions
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data
- Support the clinical team through consistent, collaborative documentation and communication
Qualifications & Skills:
- Entry-level role; training is provided
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency to support Spanish-speaking children and families
- Strong ability to follow ABA protocols and treatment plans
- Reliable attention to detail for data collection
- Empathetic, mission-driven approach to working with children with autism
