Role: Per diem RN (Registered Nurse) for the Emergency Room, providing direct, patient-focused care in a fast-paced, critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely nursing assessment, triage support, and emergency interventions.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, recognizing changes and responding promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support safe, effective care.
- Document clinical findings and nursing actions accurately and consistently.
- Provide compassionate communication and education to patients and families.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN license and eligibility to practice.
