Hindi-speaking ABA Behavior Technician to provide faith-based, evidence-driven support for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
- Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living.
- Collect, record, and document behavioral data accurately.
- Collaborate with caregivers to reinforce strategies and support progress.
- Help adjust intervention approaches based on observed outcomes and data.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in Hindi and strong communication skills.
