Registered Nurse (Float Pool) provides patient-centered care across multiple units, including medical-surgical, telemetry, step-down, and specialty areas.
Key Duties
- Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
- Administer medications and deliver direct clinical care
- Coordinate and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and families to support understanding and care continuity
- Maintain safety standards, including infection prevention practices
- Complete accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Demonstrate adaptability to changing unit needs and patient conditions
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and ability to deliver independent nursing care
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
