Provide timely, compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department as a Temporary Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN). Partner with the care team to deliver critical care nursing and ensure patient care meets the highest standards within an integrated health system.
Key duties:
- Administer emergency and critical care nursing services to patients
- Assess patient needs and respond to changing clinical conditions
- Deliver evidence-based care with a focus on safety and quality
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary staff to support continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols
Qualifications & skills:
- Current RN licensure
- Strong emergency/critical care nursing knowledge and clinical judgment
- Ability to work effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
