Role Summary
Provide direct resident care in an evening-shift setting within a continuing care retirement community. Support residents with daily living tasks, mobility assistance, and basic nursing care, while ensuring safety, proper nutrition, and engagement in social activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
- Provide basic nursing care and support health and comfort.
- Maintain resident safety and respond appropriately to concerns.
- Support nutrition by assisting with meals and related needs.
- Encourage participation in social activities and promote engagement.
- Document resident care accurately and report changes to nursing staff.
Qualifications & Skills
Compassionate, resident-focused caregiving with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to support safe mobility and basic nursing care, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate promptly with nurses about resident status changes.
