Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care to senior residents in a supportive community setting. Implement and monitor individualized care plans that promote health, wellbeing, and quality of life.
- Assess residents, evaluate needs, and deliver appropriate nursing interventions
- Implement personalized care strategies in coordination with the care team
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status; document care accurately
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards
- Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity through attentive care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
