Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support behavioral and mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. The RN provides clinical care in home, office, and community settings while delivering client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive services.
- Conduct health assessments and identify health needs.
- Monitor medications, track side effects, and report concerns.
- Coordinate care with therapists, psychiatrists, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide education and support to clients and caregivers.
- Respond promptly to health concerns and support safe care delivery.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
