Role: Provide specialized nursing care to low- and high-risk infants in the NICU, including preterm and critically ill newborns.
Key Duties:
- Assess infants and deliver appropriate NICU nursing interventions
- Support and manage infant feeding
- Educate and support families with guidance on infant care
- Attend deliveries as needed and provide seamless post-delivery care
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN licensure in Colorado
- At least one year of NICU experience
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to care for critically ill newborns
- Effective family communication and education skills
