Role: Nurse Navigator to guide clients through complex healthcare and insurance decisions within a finance and insurance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a clinical advocate, helping clients understand diagnoses, treatment options, and available benefits.
- Develop personalized care/navigation plans aligned to client needs.
- Coordinate and communicate with healthcare providers, carriers, and internal benefits teams.
- Resolve barriers to care and coverage, improving access to appropriate services.
- Promote cost-effective, high-quality care and support informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgment and client-focused communication.
- Ability to navigate healthcare and insurance processes while protecting patient interests.
