Key Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and treat patients with urgent or life-threatening conditions.
- Deliver critical nursing care and monitor patient status continuously.
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with emergency physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient updates effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure with readiness to practice in the assigned location.
- Proven Emergency Room experience and strong critical care knowledge.
- Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize effectively, and respond quickly.
- Excellent clinical judgment, assessment skills, and patient-focused communication.
- Strong teamwork skills and comfort working in diverse healthcare settings.
