Dialysis Registered Nurse Floater to provide compassionate, high-quality care for patients with chronic and acute kidney disease across multiple outpatient clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and prepare for dialysis treatments
- Administer dialysis therapy and monitor patient responses throughout treatment
- Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to support safe, patient-centered care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care expectations
- Support home dialysis initiatives and patient transition to self-care when appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Adapt to changing clinic needs while upholding clinical excellence, integrity, and teamwork
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Experience and/or competence in dialysis nursing and patient monitoring
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaborative teamwork
- Ability to educate patients effectively and build trust
- Detail-oriented documentation and commitment to patient safety
