Operating Room Registered Nurse providing safe, evidence-based perioperative care for surgical patients.
Key duties:
- Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiology, and surgical techs
- Ensure sterile technique and assist with maintaining a safe operative environment
- Perform patient assessments and implement perioperative care plans
- Respond to emergencies and support timely interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and track relevant intraoperative information
Qualifications & skills:
- Current RN licensure
- Strong perioperative/OR nursing knowledge with safe, quality-focused practice
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical team
- Competence in sterile procedure, patient documentation, and emergency response
- Commitment to continuous learning and improving surgical outcomes
