Charge Nurse – Surgical Acute Care
Coordinate and support unit operations in a surgical acute-care setting, ensuring safe, compassionate, patient-centered care. Serve as a clinical leader who guides and develops nursing staff, reinforces standards of practice, and promotes teamwork.
Key Duties
- Coordinate daily unit workflow to support effective patient care.
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Promote quality improvement initiatives and effective communication.

Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse with demonstrated experience in surgical acute care.
- Proven leadership and ability to support and coach staff.
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient advocacy skills.
